皇家墨尔本理工大学介绍
皇家墨尔本理工大学是一所全球性的技术与设计大学，也是澳大利亚最大的综合类大学之一。该大学因其出色的实用教育和以结果为导向的研究而享有世界声誉。根据2013年英国QS世界大学排名，皇家墨尔本理工大学的综合排名位列全球第291名。它的会计、通讯、媒体研究、计算机科学和信息系统专业都位列全球前100名。
专业介绍
本专业是北京师范大学珠海分校不动产学院和皇家墨尔本理工大学以学分互认形式联合开设的本科专业，专业方向为不动产和不动产评估（Property and Valuation）。录取学生大一大二将在北京师范大学珠海分校不动产学院学习房地产开发与管理本科课程，大三大四转入皇家墨尔本理工大学学习不动产和不动产评估本科课程，毕业后分别获得北京师范大学珠海分校颁发的房地产开发与管理学士学位及皇家墨尔本理工大学颁发的不动产和不动产评估（Property and Valuation）（Honors）荣誉学士学位（相当于学士后，研究生结业，可在澳洲直接申请博士学位）。
本专业既兼顾了不动产管理学科，又以此为基础细化了房地产评估的专业方向，毕业生具有双学位的专业水平，择业面十分宽泛。如果在国内发展，可选择银行房贷系统、大型房地产开发公司策划营运部门、政府房地产管理机构、专业房地产评估机构、跨国咨询公司。如果在澳洲发展，可选择房地产开发企业、专业房地产评估机构、房地产咨询机构等。
报名对象
（1）2015级转专业学生
普通类文科、理科录取新生均可以申请转入到房地产开发与管理（2+2中外合作双学位项目）学习，具体详情请阅《2015级新生申请转入、转出房地产开发与管理（2+2中外合作双学位项目）的接收计划》。
（2）不动产学院2014/2015级学生2014/2015级
所有学生原则上均可报名转入该专业，但必须满足2014/2015级房地产开发与管理2+2双学位项目教学计划上所规定的学分要求，详情请参阅附件1、附件2。
英语要求
学生英语水平在进入皇家墨尔本理工大学时（大三）须达到以下任意一项的要求：
雅思6.5以上（单项不低于6.0）.
托福笔考580，TWE不低于4.5
托福网考92，各部分不得低于20分
通过皇家墨尔本理工大学在北京师范大学珠海分校开设的英语考试,并达到其要求的高级以上资质。
未达到上述英语成绩的学生可以被皇家墨尔本理工大学有条件录取，并被要求在皇家墨尔本理工大学接受英语培训课程，达到满足英语入学水平要求方可入学。

Bachelor of Real Estate Development and Management and Bachelor of Applied Science, (Property and Valuation) (Honors) Double-Major Program
Overview
The undergraduate double-major programis set up jointly by School of Real Estate of Beijing Normal University Zhuhai andSchoolofProperty, Construction and Project Management of Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology based on the creditadvanced standing agreement between the two universities.
Students are required to undertake 16 courses of Real Estate Development and Management Program at Beijing Normal University Zhuhai for the first two years and 16 courses of Property and Valuation (Honors) at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology for the rested two years. They will be granted bachelor degrees by both sides respectively when they successfully complete the 4 year course studyand meet the graduation requirements.

The class of 2014 and 2015 Students of School of Real Estate
Generally all 2015 and2014 students(First and Second Grade)of School of Real Estate are allowed to apply for the 2+2 program under the condition that they must meet the credit requirements according to 2014 and 2015 2+2 Curriculum Plans. For more information please seeAppendixⅠandⅡ.
English Language Requirements
Students must be proficient in the English language and will be required to provide evidence of English proficiency as evidenced by one of the following:
IELTS (academic module) – minimum overall band of 6.5 with no individual band below 6.0;
TOEFL (paper based) – minimum score of 580 with a minimum Test of Written English (TWE) score of 4.5;
TOEFL (internet based, iBT) – minimum score of 92 with a minimum score of20 inall sections;
RMIT English Worldwide English for Academic Purposes programs –Advanced PlusCertificate.
Applicants who have not attained this level of English proficiency at the time of application will be required to complete supplementary English language training at additional cost to the applicant.
Career Expectation
As the double-major program combines the real estate management principles and special property valuation practices, students may choose their career beginnings from a broad area. Career fieldsinclude housing mortgage institution, bank, real estate development enterprise, government, consulting company or valuation institution.
